Project Designer: Adding a KNX license to Impera controllers

With Project Designer 1.32.2 and later, KNX licenses can be added to Impera controllers in two steps and without a valid license. 

1. Connect the Impera controller to you computer via USB or LAN.

2. Create a project containing a KNX interface and upload, it will upgrade the firmware to the latest and enable the license automatically.
