Using Project designer to check if telnet is enabled in Tesira

A troubleshooting step that may be useful when trying to control a Forte unit, but there is no control, could be a lack of Telnet enabled on the Forte unit. Here is a snapshot of using Live Monitoring within Project Designer to help understand the visual response between Telnet turned on and Telnet turned off. With Telnet turned off, there is no [RX] receive notification back to the controller.
