Biamp Workplace Connect is a desktop application for discovering and adding supported audiovisual system devices to Biamp Workplace organizations. This article provides overviews of the app's features and functions, supported devices, and a getting started guide.
Features and functions
- Discover Workplace-supported devices on a subnet your computer is connected to.
- Remotely view information about the supported devices.
- Hostname
- Device model
- Device serial number
- The firmware version loaded on each discovered Tesira device
- The location
- Device status
- Assign discovered devices to Biamp Workplace organizations and locations.
- Assigning devices requires Organization Admin or Owner rights for that Workplace organization.
