Workplace Booking Mobile App Overview

The Biamp Workplace Booking mobile app is the primary platform for end-users to book and view information about conference rooms, work desks, parking spaces, and other bookable resources in a Workplace system. Additionally, management and configuration tools are available to organization owners and administrators using the app.

 

 

End-User functions

  • Room, desk, and parking space booking: All users who install the app and sign into their organization on it can book available rooms, desks, and parking spaces.

 

 

Administrative functions

In addition to the end-user functions, organization owners and admins can perform the following operations for organizations they have rights in:

  • Discovering and adding booking devices: Owners and admin role users can discover and add Evoko Kleeo and Naso booking devices to organizations.

  • Creating NFC cards: Organization owners and admins can use the Biamp Workplace Booking app to create NFC cards to use in organizations with RFID identification requirements enabled.
