We're excited to announce several new features and settings that give you more control and flexibility when using our platform. These updates are designed to enhance security, improve user experience, and streamline your meeting management. 

Enhanced Identification Options 

  • User PIN Codes: Implement individual PIN codes for user identification and streamlined access 
  • Organization PIN Code: Set a single PIN code across your organization for simplified identification 

Meeting Management Improvements 

  • Default Meeting Length Settings: Choose between 15, 30, or 45 minutes as your default meeting duration 
  • Automatic Meeting Links: Enable automatic creation of meeting links for Teams and Google online meetings 
  • Check-in Controls: Toggle the check-in requirement on or off based on your organization's needs 

Naso Device Enhancements

Kleeo Device Enhancements

    • Use Now, Book Later - Simply sit down and work—Kleeo handles the booking automatically 
    • Smart Presence Recognition - After just 2 minutes of detected activity, the system creates a reservation without any user intervention 
    • Dynamic Booking Extension - Your desk stays reserved with a rolling 10-minute booking that continues as long as you're present 
  • Smart Desk Awareness  
    • "Book Now" Prompt - Kleeo now intuitively recognizes when someone sits down and offers a friendly booking reminder, eliminating the need to search for desk names 
    • Personalized Display - Desk screens now prominently showcase the booker's name in both check-in and idle states, transforming how colleagues locate each other in flexible environments 

Getting Started 

To access these new settings: 

  1. Log in to workplace.biamp.app 
  2. Navigate to the Settings section 
  3. Select the appropriate category for the setting you wish to configure 
  4. Save your changes

Updated Booking list on Naso device UI to include meeting subject and organizer

Known Issues 

When executing a Launch operation with a Tesira Forte X or Devio SCX device using the Biamp Workplace GUI, the Launch Report Cards displayed afterwards in the Biamp Workplace GUI can be from an old, previously executed Generate Report Cards operation initiated via the device's local web GUI. 

Workaround: Reboot the Tesira Forte X or Devio SCX device before initiating a Launch operation via the Biamp Workplace GUI.
