Step 6 - Updating a Configured Naso Device from v1.0 to v2.0
Objective
After finishing Step 5 - Access Biamp Workplace Experience through Mobile Application, read the Cautionary Notes and Efficiency Tips in this article before starting the procedure described in the video and text steps here.
Cautionary Notes

Ensure you know the admin PIN or reset it before proceeding with the firmware update.

Do not interrupt the firmware download or installation process to avoid potential errors.

Do not power cycle the device until the firmware installation is complete in order to prevent data loss or corruption.
Tips for Efficiency

Keep the updated firmware URL handy for quick access during the update process.

Monitor the progress bar during the download to estimate the time required for completion.

Verify the successful installation by checking for the Bi-Amp logo and QR code on the device screen before claiming it.
Steps in this procedure

Tap on the display of the Naso device and tap on the admin icon.

Enter the admin PIN.

If unknown, reset it from the Naso Admin Center.

Press the DIAGS button, then tap the Firmware Update button.

Update the URL to "downloads.evoko.se/naso/firmware/92.zip" using the on-screen keyboard.

Click on the Download and Install button to start the firmware download and installation process.

Wait for the download to complete and the device to reboot automatically.

After rebooting, power cycle the device manually to complete the installation.

Remove the Ethernet cable, repower the device, and wait for it to boot into the 2.0 Bi-Amp firmware.

Claim the device with the migrated workplace on the Bi-Amp side using the QR code displayed.
