How to use Demo Mode on the Evoko Kleeo Desk Manager
Demo mode can be used on the Kleeo Desk Manager to display the device without the need for a WiFi internet connection. This is great for sales demos and exhibitions.
Prerequisites
- Demo mode can only be started from a reset or brand new Kleeo.
- If the device has already been provisioned, it needs to be factory reset
How to enter Demo Mode
- Swipe up to enter the service menu.
- Swipe left or right until "Demo Mode" is displayed.
- Press the button to enter "Demo Mode"
Set Desk Name
- Swipe up to enter the service menu.
- Swipe right to "Set Desk Name"
- Swipe up to view current desk name.
- Press left or right arrow to select desk name from a predefined list.
Set Device Language
- Swipe up to enter the service menu.
- Swipe right to "Set Language"
- Swipe ip to view current language.
- Press left or right arrow to select language.
- Supported languages in demo mode are: English, Swedish, German, Japanese and Chinese
General
- Device date and time is automatically set to Monday 2022-10-10 09:00
- First Booking
- Occurs randomly within 1-60 minutes (this gives devices different state if multiple are started at same time).
- Gets random username from predefined list.
- Next Booking
- Occurs 30 minutes from last booking (does not matter if booking was canceled or ended)
- Gets next username from list.
- All pre bookings have duration of 15 minutes.
Book Now
- The book not button create an anonymous booking.
- Focus mode, extend and cancel bookings work as usual.
Book with RFID
- Tap the device with any RFID Tag/Card to create a booking with a random username.
- Presence detection and auto check in work as usual.
