Evoko Booking
This article describes the Evoko Booking page for Evoko Home. This page is visible to users with no Admin or Statistics privileges.
After logging into Evoko Home as a User, you will be automatically redirected to Evoko Booking. Some features may be hidden or unavailable depending on the Room Settings..
Filtering the Calendar
Clicking on the "All Countries" drop-down menu allows you to filter the Calendar by City, Building, and Floor.
Clicking on the equipment icons allows you to filter to rooms containing specific equipment.
Clicking on the "1 person" drop-down menu allows you to filter by minimum capacity.
Clicking the Reset button will clear all filters from the Calendar.
The Calendar
The Calendar shows a timeline of all current, recent, and future bookings within Evoko Home.
Create a booking
By clicking an unoccupied section of the Calendar, you can create a new booking. The booking pane will show the name and location of the room, along with its capacity and any available equipment. You can specify the start time and duration of the booking. When booking after the current day, you also have the option of booking the room for the entire day. You can also specify a meeting subject and add attendees.
Modify or delete a booking
By clicking on an existing booking in the Calendar, you can change its start time and duration, as well as its meeting subject and attendees. You can submit these modifications or cancel them. You can also delete the booking entirely.
My bookings
To the right of the Calendar, the My Booking pane shows all current and future bookings you have created. Clicking the Edit button allows you to modify or delete the booking.
Account Settings
Click the Account Settings icon to update your Full Name, change your password, or reset your PIN.
Page Settings
Click the Page Settings icon to choose whether to display a 12-hour or 24-hour clock in Evoko Booking.
Log out
Click the Log Out icon to log out of Evoko Booking.
