Rooms: Statistics
This article describes the Statistics section of the Rooms page on Evoko Home. This section is visible to Admin or Statistics users.

Statistics
The Statistics charts provide the following information:
- Average Utilization Rate
- Planned vs Ad-hoc Meetings
- Time Management
Clicking the Export button provides options to export data to CSV, raw data to CSV, or a scheduled export.
The Rooms list
Click the 🔍︎ Room Name icon to filter the Rooms list to a specific room.
The Rooms list provides the following information:
- Countries: the location of the Room (Country only)
- Room Name/Email: the name of the Room and the email address assigned to it for booking
- Seats: the seating capacity of the Room
- Meetings
- Meetings Per Day (Avg. Number)
- Utilization During Working Hours (%)
- Total Meeting Time (Hours)
- Duration Per Meeting (Avg. Hours Of All)
- Duration Per Meeting (Avg. Hours Excluding Not Checked In*)
- Deviation From Scheduled (Avg. Hours)
- Meetings Extended (%)
- Meetings Ended Early By User (%)
- Meetings Ended Not Checked In* (%)
- Meetings Ended As Scheduled (%)
- Meetings Scheduled In Calendar System(%)
- Meetings Booked On Screen (%)
- Meetings Not Checked In*
- Total Time Booked But Not Checked In (Hours)
- Time Recovered By Ending Meetings That Were Not Checked In (Hours)
