"Device is Offline: Today's content may not be up to date, but we are on it!"
If this message is shown it means there is a temporary block on the calendar by Microsoft due to too many API calls. This is usually down to the PIR sensor being triggered too many times and be overcome by enabled "Always Close" option in the devices profile settings.
Once you make this change in the profile, make sure you deploy the profile to the panel in the Naso Device Manager.
