How do I add a floor-plan to my floors?
Adding a floor-plan to your level makes the Evoko Workplace Mobile Application much more enjoyable to use. In this article we will walk through the steps on how to upload floor-plans to your floors in the Evoko Workplace.
Keep in mind that in order to ad floor-plans to your floors you must first add some structure to your Organization. If you have not done that yet you can reference Step 3: Add Buildings and Floors to your Organization.
Adding a Floor-Plan to a Floor
- When a floor is added to a building you are notified immediately that it is a missing a floor-plan.
- To edit your Floor, press the pencil icon located next to the Floor you want to edit.
- Navigate to Create Floor-plan.
- Navigate to Upload Image

- Find the image you would like to use as your floor plan and upload the image.
- If successful you should see the image uploaded to the floor.
- You can invert the colors of the image you uploaded. For example we will use the darker background for this image.
- Press Save when done.
- Repeat the steps above for each floor that needs to have a floor-plan added.
