Calendar

The screen 

The Calendar screen shows current, future, and recent bookings for the room.

• It can be accessed using the 📅︎ Calendar icon on the home Screen.

Depending on the Room Settings, some features may be hidden or unavailable.

Creating and modifying bookings

The top of the screen shows the current time and the name of the room. The bottom of the screen shows the currently-selected date.

• Users can create a new booking on the Calendar screen by tapping the Book button.

• Users can modify or cancel an existing booking by touching the Modify button.
