Resolved Software Issues:

  • Fixed Modena virtual camera not available when running MacOS Sonoma version 14.1 and later
  • Fixed ESC key not working when using the Browser Support Drivers Package (BSDP)

  • App is not fully compatible with M1-based Mac systems

  • Added a visual indication (app icon changes to a yellow exclamation mark) when network congestion and/or CPU overload are hindering smooth operation of the system

Resolved Software Issues:

  • Fixed issue where presentation resolution reduced to 720p (instead of 1080p) when using wireless USB
  • Fixed issue with additional delay occurring during presentations
  • Fixed app icon appearance in MacOS Big Sur

Resolved Software Issues:

  • Fixed issue with presentation windows not closing after losing connection to a presentation
  • Fixed issue with Multicam where available format for local USB camera was not being properly detected
  • Fixed issue with pop-up hints for buttons not displaying properly
  • Fixed issue where ESC key was not working when app is running

Known issues:

  • Presentation from Big Sur to iOS results in very low framerate

Known issues:

  • Virtual camera not available in Microsoft Teams, Skype, and WebEx on MacOS (these clients do not allow the use of virtual camera drivers)
Please note that releases prior to were made available under the hrt brand.

New MacOS release for compatibility with Huddle Hub firmware 4.0

  • New: Annotation feature

  • Improved: Huddle, Meeting, Auditorium modes available for all units

IMPORTANT: Version 4.0 unifies all existing Huddle Hub One SRE (Single Room Edition) and Huddle Hub One MRE (Multi Room Edition) units into a single Huddle Hub product. This update can only be installed manually. Please read Updating from firmware version 3.3 to version 4.0 for more information.
