How to flip the BMA360D from imperial to metric and vice versa
This article describes/explains how to change the measurements in the BMA console configuration software to display in feet or meters. Note that the mic always remains at coordinates 0,0. Also that this is accessed while connected to a microphone live.
Make sure you are at the "Channel Properties" Window
Step 1
While in the Channel properties window of the software take note of the SmartMix area, this is located near the top of the screen. there is a button that is a small squire-shaped icon with 4 dots on the top and the number "360" in the middle. Click on this to open the "Config - SmartMix" window.
Step 2
The Pop-up window has two tabs, "General", and "Advanced". Select Advanced.
Step 3
On the advanced tab there is a button labeled "More Controls...". Click on it to open the next window.
Step 4
At the bottom of this screen there is a "Units" dropdown. A user can select either feet or meters for measurement purposes.
Note that this setting change will persist on future connections. However, they will revert if you factory reset the device+
