Select port roles for user ports. This is an advanced setting that changes the way a connected user device communicates with the OMPX 250

Turn off USB3 on passthrough-ports. This setting will only specifically disable the USB3 protocol, not USB as a whole.

Turn off USB passthrough when no port is active. This setting will disable downstream equipment when no port is chosen.

Laptop setup video to screen faster. Video setup duration depends on device model, screen and how switching is done:-

Changes

Default power role on laptop ports is now DRP (Dual Role Port). This improves compatibility when connecting computers using a USB-C to USB-A cable.

Fixed an issue where USB error notifications appeared on laptops when using Windows UC configuration.

Fixed an issue where Administrator mode password was required, even if no password was set.

Fixed an issue where setting "Disable buttons for port" and "Disable port when it is not active" did not perform on a per-port basis.

Fixed an issue where MPX 250 and MPX 250 EXT LEDs did not show the correct state.

Fixed an issue where Mac M4 would restart when no screen was connected to the MPX 250.

Fixed an issue where in rare cases a device connected to port 4 would show a "ghost screen" when no port was active.
Known issues
-
Disconnecting HDMI cable (on HDMI Only) while Mac M4 is connected on active port may cause the computer to restart.

Disconnecting HDMI cable (on HDMI Only) while Mac M1, M2 is connected on active port may give non-PnP video sharing.
