  • Added the device name to the camera display area.

Resolved Software Issues:

  • Fixed an issue in which changing UC Profile changes did not properly update the UI.
  • Resolved an issue in which the BCC would lock displaying "Device Rebooting..."
  • Corrected a software crash on macOS when switching cameras.
  • Fixed an issue where the BCC could crash after sending firmware device.
  • Resolved an issue when turning mirror reset the flip function.
  • Fixed in issue in which the BCC disappears when moving window on macOS.
  • Resolved device firmware update issues of app crashing and locking up.
  • Modified behavior so that changing UC Profile reboots the bar.
  • Renamed "Automatic Firmware Updates" to "Windows Firmware Updates"
  • Improved device detection, state management, and feature detection from the BCC to the connected device

  • Added feature to allow users to enable or disable automatic firmware updates from Microsoft Windows Update on Parlè Bars and Vidi cameras.

New Features  

  • UC Profile – Added ability configure supported devices for the specified UC Platform. Available UC Platforms include Generic UC (default), Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Supported devices include the Parle ABC 2500, and Parle VBC 2500.

  • Launch on Startup – Added ability to automatically start the Biamp Camera Controller when you log into the computer.

  • Added support on Vidi 250 and Parle VBC 2500 for:
    • Max Zoom – Added ability to limit the maximum level of zoom. Applies to auto framing and manual zoom controls.
    • Firmware Update Recovery – Added the ability to recover from an update failure.
    • Backlight Compensation – Added improved support for viewing subjects in situations with high contrast back lighting.



  • General bug fixes and minor UI changes


  • It is recommended to uninstall any prior version of Biamp Camera Controller before installing version 1.4
