Updates
- Tiling and people detection performance – Improvements have been made to the accuracy and performance of camera tiling and people detection.
- Firmware downgrade limitation – Vidi 280 firmware v1.4.0 and later cannot be downgraded to versions prior to v1.4.0 after it has been installed on the device.
Known Issues
- Camera fencing must be reconfigured after upgrading camera firmware – After updating camera firmware, fencing configuration will be cleared and must be set up again. Once reconfigured, settings will be retained through subsequent firmware updates.

- Introduced support for Camera Exclusion Zones, allowing the camera to include only a defined region of the room in the video frame. Participants inside the zone are captured, while individuals outside the zone are excluded to reduce distractions and improve focus.

Known Issues:

The tiling feature may not work optimally in situations where Backlight Compensation is enabled and there is a high-level of light behind users in the camera's field of view. The temporary workaround is to disable backlight compensation, disable tiling, or to reduce backlight brightness.
