Using a QR code to access the web GUI on Control Systems

To access the GUI on a Biamp controller, all you basically need is a supported browser. This is because the GUI is created as a website in HTML 5.

The supported Biamp Controllers are Sierra II, Lima, Tango and Alfa II.

Normal business is that there will be a dedicated Touch Panel in the room you wish to control with the Biamp Control App installed, or a device with Internet Explorer or Safari.

And to make it even smarter, you can simply create a QR code like the one below. Hang it by the door and let the users scan the code, so that they can get access to the user interface.

The QR code here is going to 192.168.10.100, but with the QR code creators on the internet, you can easily change that.

We used https://www.qrcode-monkey.com/ to create this one!
