Getting a language error when starting up Project Designer for the first time?

Are you seeing an error like this when starting up Project designer?

Then the issue is most likely, that Project Designer has not been installed with administration rights, or it has been installed for another user on the PC than the user that is currently signed in. 

Try uninstalling it and running the installation file again as an administrator.
