Project upload issues via LAN
3rd Party Antivirus / Firewall
We have seen that some antivirus programs has started seeing Impera Control Systems or Biamp Project Designer as a threat and therefore stops the upload process at 20%.
The fix is to disable the antivirus, and this can often be done 15 minutes at a time so that it automatically enables itself again.
Windows Firewall
In case the built-in Windows Firewall is used, then go here and verify that Biamp Project Designer is enabled.
Windows Security > Firewall & network protection > Allow an App through firewall.
