Biamp Workplace Connect Requirements
An overview of required hardware, as well as Workplace organization rights and access types needed for successfully getting started with Biamp Workplace Connect.
Equipment and subnet connections
The Biamp Workplace Connect desktop application is intended for installation on a Windows or Mac computers. The computers are then connected to subnets that supported Biamp Workplace devices are connected to in order to discovered and add these devices to Workplace organizations. Examples of networks includes:
- A corporate or building network with access to the AV system and its devices.
- Directly connecting to the Ethernet port on a Tesira Bridge or server for the AV system.
Accounts and Organization Access
You will need:
- An active Biamp Workplace account.

- Organization Owner or Admin rights in each Biamp Workplace organization you will assign supported devices to.
