Getting started with License Manager
Overview
To access Biamp Workplace’s License Manager portal, perform the procedures described in this guide in the following sequence.
1. If you don't already have a Biamp Workplace account, register one on the Workplace portal and sign in to it.
2. If you don't already belong to a Workplace organization, create an organization in the Workplace portal.
3. Sign in to the Biamp Workplace License Manager portal using your Biamp Workplace credentials.
4. Apply for access in License Manager to buy or resell booking licenses. A form will be available when you sign in.
Getting Set Up
1. Register a Biamp Workplace account (if you don't already have one)
If you don't already have a Workplace account, go to https://workplace.biamp.app/ and follow the prompts to set up a Workplace account. The user interface will guide you through the process.
Email address: The email address you provide while registering your Workplace account is the one you will also use to sign into the Workplace License Manager portal and the Biamp Workplace apps.

Important: You must have a registered Biamp Workplace account and organization to sign in to the Workplace License Manager portal.
2. Create an organization in Biamp Workplace (if you don't already have one)
You must belong to at least one Biamp Workplace organization to activate your License Manager account. Please see the following article for how to create an organization: Create a Biamp Workplace organization
3. Go to the License Manager portal
- Go to the following URL after setting up a Biamp Workplace account: https://licenses.workplace.biamp.app/login
- Use Your Biamp Workplace account credentials to sign in.
4. Apply for Access
You will be prompted to apply for access once you have signed in to your License Manager account.
- Fill out the form and then select Submit. This will generate a confirmation notification.
Signing back in
After your access application is approved, you may need to sign out and sign back into the License Manager portal for the approval to be visible
