QtPro products quick comparison guide

This article offers a side by side comparison of the QtPro products currently available from Biamp. Consult the table below to review information on the number of emitters, zones, types of emitters, and other relevant details when considering how to design a space. At the bottom of the article, a link is provided for requesting a quote and more information on difficult to design areas.

Emitter spacing guide

All QtPro lines use Qt Emitters. Follow these guides when outlining the space where sound masking is required

Ceiling / Mounting height Emitter grid spacing
Less than 9' (2.7 m) 8' x 8' (2.6 m x 2.6 m)
9' to 12’ (2.7-3.6 m) 10’ by 10’ (3 m x 3 m)
12' & above (3.6 m +) 12’ by 12’ (3.6 m x 3.6 m)

For more information on laying out the emitters see our install guide here.

Emitter mounting options

All of the emitter mounting options listed will work for Qt adjustable and Active Emitters.
