Retrieving ASCII VoIP logs from the Devio SCX Web UI

This article is a specific call-out to the VoIP section of our Devio SCX tech note

1. Once logged into the Devio SCX web GUI, navigate to the following location: VoIP -> System -> Maintenance.
2. Press Control-Shift-F12 to reveal the DOWNLOAD LOGS button.
3. Select Debug in the Log Level field. This option provides the most detail.
4. Click on the DOWNLOAD LOGS button to download the logs. 
5. Once downloaded, the ASCII logs can be viewed using a Notepad.
