Retrieving ASCII VoIP logs from the Devio SCX Web UI
This article is a specific call-out to the VoIP section of our Devio SCX tech note
- Once logged into the Devio SCX web GUI, navigate to the following location: VoIP -> System -> Maintenance.
- Press Control-Shift-F12 to reveal the DOWNLOAD LOGS button.
- Select Debug in the Log Level field. This option provides the most detail.
- Click on the DOWNLOAD LOGS button to download the logs.
- Once downloaded, the ASCII logs can be viewed using a Notepad.
