Step 5 - Access Biamp Workplace Experience through Mobile Application

How to switch from the Evoko Workplace Application to the Biamp Workplace Application for a new booking experience.

Objective

After completing Step 4 - Connect Evoko Workplace using Microsoft Entra App Registration Information, read the Cautionary Notes and Efficiency Tips in this article before starting the procedure described in the video and text steps here.

Ensure all necessary data is saved or backed up before signing out of the current account.
Verify the correct account credentials before logging in to the new Biamp Workplace account.

Familiarize yourself with the location of the gear icon and the sign-out option in the application.
Keep track of the account credentials to avoid login issues.
Regularly check for updates or changes in the login process to stay up-to-date with the workplace account transition.

In the Evoko Workplace app, select the gear icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of the application.
Scroll down and select the Sign out option.
Select the Looking for the new app? Click here option on the login screen.
- Do not select the Sign In button at this time.
Choose Biamp Workplace new booking experience button when prompted.
Now, press the Sign In button.
Sign in with the relevant account credentials.
Toggle the profile at the top right-hand corner to log out if needed.
To switch back to the old app, navigate to the respective option on the screen.
