Step 10 - Checking and Configuring Connected Devices

How to ensure connected devices such as Kleeo (desk booker) or Naso (room manager) are picking up settings correctly and working properly within the Workplace system.

After finishing Step 9 - Re-Claim Kleeos in Migrated Evoko Workplace, read the Cautionary Notes and Efficiency Tips in this article before starting the procedure described in the video and text steps here.

Steps in this procedure

  1. Log in to the Evoko workplace system.

  2. Navigate to the "Devices" section.

  3. Review the list of connected devices, including Naso room booker or Kleeo desk booker.

  4. Verify that the connected devices are working properly with the system.

  5. If issues are detected, check the desk booking settings under "Settings" and "Desk Booking."

  6. Ensure that the desk booking settings reflect the desired configurations.

  7. Repeat the same process for room booking settings under "Settings" to ensure consistency.

  8. Double-check general settings and RFID settings to match pre-migration configurations.
