Connecting Evoko Home: Evoko Booking
How to connect to Evoko Booking during the initial setup of Evoko Home. This method allows Evoko Home to be configured without an external booking system such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Connect Evoko Home to Evoko Booking

Navigate to Evoko Home in a browser at http://localhost:3000 (it will automatically redirect to https://localhost:3002).

Click on the Booking System dropdown list, then click Evoko Booking, then click Next.

Evoko Home will ask whether it can access the internet directly or through a proxy. For this document, we will use a direct connection. Click Next.

Evoko Home will ask to log in with an email address. Enter the following values, then click Next:
- Admin Account (this can be any email address that you want to use to login into Evoko Home as a Global Admin)
- SMTP Server Address
- SMTP Server Encryption
- SMTP Server Port
- SMTP Username
- SMTP Password

Evoko Home will ask for SSL information. For this document, we will use the default HTTPS port (3002) and default certificates. Click Next.

Evoko Home will ask for NTP information to synchronise the Evoko Liso internal clock. Enter the server address, then click Next.

Read and Accept the Terms of Service.

Evoko Home will provide a Username and Password. Record these credentials for future use. This is the username and password you will use to log into Evoko Home as an Administrator. The password will also be emailed to the Admin Account email. Verify you have entered the correct email address, then click Finish.
