Connect Evoko Home to Google Workspace

  1. Navigate to Evoko Home in a browser at http://localhost:3000 (it will automatically redirect to https://localhost:3002).

  2. Click on the Booking System dropdown list, then click Google Workspace, then click Next.

  3. Evoko Home will ask whether it can access the internet directly or through a proxy. For this document, we will use a direct connection. Click Next.

  4. Evoko Home will ask for Google credentials. Enter the following values, then click Log In:

    1. Service Account Email Address
    2. P12 Key (.p12 file)
    3. Evoko Home Admin Email
  5. Evoko Home will ask for SSL information. For this document, we will use the default HTTPS port (3002) and default certificates. Click Next.

  6. Evoko Home will ask for NTP information to synchronize the Evoko Liso internal clock. Enter the server address, then click Next.

  7. Read and Accept the Terms of Service.

  8. Evoko Home will provide a Username and Password. Record these credentials for future use. This is the username and password that you will use to log into Evoko Home as an Administrator. The password will also be emailed to the inbox of the Evoko Home Service Account email. Verify that you have entered the correct email address. Click Finish.
