Connecting Evoko Home: Microsoft 365

How to connect with Microsoft 365 during the initial setup of Evoko Home.

Note: Please ensure that you have completed Booking System Registration, as several values gathered during that process will be needed here.

 

 

Connect Evoko Home to Microsoft 365

  1. Navigate to Evoko Home in a browser at http://localhost:3000 (it will automatically redirect to https://localhost:3002).

  2. Click on the Booking System dropdown list, then click Microsoft 365, then click Next.

  3. Evoko Home will ask whether it can access the internet directly or through a proxy. For this document, we will use a direct connection. Click Next.

  4. Evoko Home will ask to log in with Microsoft 365. Enter the following values, then click Log In:

    1. Azure AD Directory (Tenant) ID
    2. Azure AD Application (Client) ID
    3. Azure AD Client Secret Value
    4. Evoko Home Service Account in user principal name format (e.g., evoko-service-account@organization.onmicrosoft.com)
  5. Evoko Home will ask for SSL information. For this document, we will use the default HTTPS port (3002) and default certificates. Click Next.

  6. Evoko Home will ask for NTP information to synchronise the Evoko Liso internal clock. Enter the server address, then click Next.

  7. Read and Accept the Terms of Service.

  8. Evoko Home will provide a Username and Password. Record these credentials for future use.

    • You will use this username and password for logging into Evoko Home as an Administrator.

    • The password will also be emailed to the Evoko Home Service Account email.

  9. Verify that you have entered the correct email address. Click Finish.
