Connecting Liso to Evoko Home

How to connect an Evoko Liso unit to the Evoko Home booking system. Note: You will need the static IP address of the Evoko Home server on the network to complete this process.

Connect Liso to the network

  1. On the Liso device's Configuration screen, tap Configure Network.

The Liso can be connected via a wired Ethernet or wireless connection, using a dynamic or static IP. By default, the Liso will connect via Ethernet and obtain an IP address automatically using DHCP once connected.

Start the device registration timer

Note: Evoko Home must be configured to accept connections from new Liso devices before starting this procedure.

  1. Navigate to Evoko Home in a browser at https://localhost:3002. Log in using the Evoko Home username and password.

  2. Navigate to the Global Settings page. Under Device Registration, enter a duration for the timer (default 20 minutes).

  3. Start the timer by clicking Start Registration. This will trigger a countdown on the page.

If Pairing Key Authentication is enabled, you do not need to start the registration timer unless the Liso is running firmware v2.5 or older.

Connect Liso to Evoko Home

After starting the device registration timer, you can connect the Liso to Evoko Home.

  1. On the Liso device's Configuration screen, touch Continue.

  2. On the Select Installation Mode screen, touch Default Mode.

  3. Enter the static IP address of the Evoko Home server. The default port is 3002.

    • If an octet does not contain 3 digits, touch the "." button to move the cursor to the next octet. Do not pad with zeros.

    • You may also enter the server's FQDN, if one exists, by touching Switch to Alphanumerical Keyboard.

    • If Pairing Key Authentication is enabled, you will need to enter the pairing key.

  4. On the Room Selection screen, touch the Room that will be assigned to this Liso, then touch Select.

    • You can touch the Country, City, and Building containing the Room to filter this list.

  5. Setup will complete. The Liso will now show the current booking status of its assigned Room.

The Liso unit will now appear in the Monitoring page in Evoko Home.
