Screen Reporting

This article describes the Screen Reporting screen of the Evoko Liso. The screen displays:

  • The room capacity
  • Available equipment in the room
  • Allows users to report issues with equipment

The screen can be accessed from the ðŸ›ˆ Info icon on the Main Screen. Up to three equipment issues that have already been reported will display as red icons next to the Info icon. If four or more issues have been reported, the Info icon will be red.

Depending on the Room Settings, some features may be hidden or unavailable.

 

 

Reporting issues with equipment

  • Tap the icon for a device to indicate that the equipment has an issue. This turns the icon red. 
  • Then tap the Report button.

Depending on your organization's settings, reporting an equipment issue may require user authentication via PIN or RFID. Equipment reports are sent to the email specified in the Room Settings and contain the name of the room as well as a list of the equipment reported as broken. If authentication is required to report issues, the email will also contain the name of the user who submitted the report.

 

 

Clearing reported issues

  • Touch the icon on any equipment with a reported issue to clear the red icon. This indicates the issue has been resolved.
  • Then touch the Report button.

Reporting equipment as fixed always requires authentication from an Admin via PIN or RFID. This also sends an equipment report email containing the name of the room, the equipment reported as fixed, and the name of the user who submitted the report.
