How to request Organization Access through Web Browser?
As a user of Evoko Workplace you can be apart of multiple organizations. This means you can toggle between which organization you want to book your desks/rooms with. Any single Workplace User can be a part of an infinite amount of organizations. That same user could also have different privileges in each organization. For
In this guide we will discuss how to join an existing organization, as well as navigate between our existing organizations once we we are members.
Connect Account to Organization
In order to connect to an existing organization you will need to make sure you have the Organization ID. This can be found in the Organization Settings when the owner of the Workplace Organization accesses the Evoko Workplace Web Log in.
Request Through the Evoko App in a Browser
- Navigate to https://workplace.biamp.app in a browser.
- Log in with the credentials you used when you created your Evoko Workplace Account. You should land on a screen like the one below:
- Select the +Add Organization -> Join Organization option.
- Enter the Organization ID that has been provided to you by the Owner of the Workplace Organization. When complete, press Ask to Join.

- You will be prompted that your request to join the Organization is awaiting approval from the Organization Owner.

- The Owner will need to accept your request in the Users Section of the Evoko Workplace Admin Center by checking the check mark.

- After the Owner approves your request you will see the Organization listed at https://workplace.biamp.app as shown below:
- You should now be able to download the Evoko Workplace Application from the iOS or Google Play store and log to get access to the organization.
