Resetting

Resetting the Evoko Naso removes all configuration from the device and returns the Naso to its out-of-box state.

  1. Power off the Naso by removing the PoE or power cable.

  2. Remove the cable routing clip from the right side of the back of the device to expose the pin-hole reset button.

    • The pinhole reset button is indicated by a ▼ down-arrow.

  3. Insert a paperclip into the pinhole. You should feel the reset button being pressed.

  4. Keep the button held depressed while powering up the Naso by reinserting the PoE or power cable.

  5. After a few seconds, the Naso's status LED border will flash three times.

  6. Remove the paperclip from the pinhole and allow the reset process to complete.

Once the Naso is reset, reconnect and re-assign it to your Biamp Workplace organization.
