Distinguishing between Apprimo Touch 8i and Touch 8 MAX
The Apprimo Touch 8i and Apprimo Touch 8 MAX control panels look the same from most angles. However, they are not interchangeable during an installation. You can identify which type of panel you have by opening the unit and looking near the Ethernet connector.
Apprimo Touch 8i

Apprimo Touch 8 MAX

Note that these units cannot be swapped one for the other in the field as they use different firmware.
