What does not come with the MPX200?
For HDMI and USB cabling between the MPX200 and the Display and meeting room equipment we recommend the following.
HDMI
- A maximum of 7.5 meter passive HDMI cable 4k@60Hz, 4:4:4 cable.
- For longer distances active, optical, or Ethernet-based extension solutions should be used.
When electrical active cables are used, it is important to verify system functionality using a combination of a laptop, MPX200, cable, and a TV before deployment.
USB
- For USB, 3 meters is the maximum length for passive 3.0 cables.
- For lengths of 3 - 10 meters, active electrical extension cable can be used but must be tested before deployment with target USB equipment. For longer lengths, optical or Ethernet-based repeaters are needed.
