Tesira Software locks up due to Print Spooler Service
There are instances when Windows(TM) requires Tesira Software to wait for the "Print Spooler" service. This causes the Tesira Software to lock up.
Stopping the Print Spooler service will unlock Tesira Software.
Stopping the Print Spooler service

To bring up the Services panel, tap the Windows key and then type "services",

Locate the Print Spooler services and then stop it from running. The Stop option is located under the Print Spooler Properties panel's General tab.
Preventing future instances
The Print Spooler Service automatically starts by default. Setting the service's Startup type to "Manual" avoids having to disable it after each reboot.
Being able to print
You will need to re-enable the Print Spooler service to print again.
