Adding Device Licenses to an Organization
Overview
1. Create new desks and rooms on the administration console's Locations page.
2. Once you have desk and room resources added to the organization, use the procedure in this article to add purchased licenses to make the rooms and desks bookable.
After this process is complete, you can then connect the newly licensed desk and room resources to the Kleeo and Naso room manager devices installed onsite.
Preparation
License keys: Adding licenses requires having the purchased license keys on hand and ready to enter.
- If you do not have license keys, you will have the option to start a free 30-day trial during the procedure below.
The Process
1. Select the Licenses Icon in the left pane of the organization's administration console.
2. Select the +Add license button.
3. Enter your License key or keys in the License keys field on the Add License form.
- If you are adding multiple licenses, add one key per line in the field.
- If you do not have a license, you can start a free 30-day trial by selecting the free trial button on the Add license form.
4. Enter an activation date in the Activation date field or select the Activate now box.
5. Select the Add license button at the bottom of the form.
Adding an accurate and valid license key will populate the list with a row describing each new license and its status.
