Placement hierarchy
In Biamp Workplace organizations, room and desk/parking resources are assigned to floors in buildings. Multiple buildings can be grouped with in a site. For example

Buildings and floors
Buildings and floors in Workplace organizations are used to group desk, parking space, and room resources in a manner that reflects the placement of physical conferencing rooms, bookable work desks, and parking spaces. This helps to map the Workplace organization onto a business's or institution's physical facilities, making the Workplace system more intuitive for administrators and end-users.
Rooms
In Biamp Workplace, room resources are typically bookable conference rooms. As conference spaces, they do not include bookable work desks. A bookable room will be connected to a Naso room manager device, tying the managed organization resource to the physical conferencing room's room manager device.
When creating a room you can:
- Add a calendar email for booking
- Set a maximum capacity for the number of people in meetings.
- Can add an image of the room that will be visible to end-users in the Workplace Booking App
Booking license
When adding rooms, you can assign any purchased booking licenses available to you.
Room Equipment
You can also add a list of equipment available in the room that will be included in the Booking App's description of the room.

Desk/Parking
Rooms and desks/parking spaces in Biamp Workplace organizations are bookable resources managed in the system, A bookable desk resource will be connected to a physical Kleeo desk manager device installed on a desk to tie the physical location and its installed device to the Workplace room resource.
Please note that desk/parking resources can also be used for systems employed to reserve parking spaces. Instead, a QR code is typically placed near the space rather than a Kleeo device. QR codes can be enabled in your organization's settings on its Biamp Workplace Administration Console.
Booking license
When adding a desk resource, you can assign any purchased booking licenses available to you.
