Why can't I find SCR-10 or SCX in Devio software

The Devio SCR-10 does not support use with the Devio System Administration Utility (SAU).
The Devio SAU Software is used to manage models in the Devio Line-up that support Auto Setup (CR-1, SCR-20, SCR-25).
The Devio SCX series supports Biamp Launch instead of Auto Setup, therefore it does not support use with the SAU. Instead, use the Biamp Discovery app to access its web UI.

But why the Network port then?

What confuses many is why there is a network port on the back of the SCR-10, since it's not discoverable or part of SAU.
The network port is there to provide direct network connectivity to the computer connected to the SCR-10 via USB.
