How to get support for ClearOne products and software

On October 27th, 2025, Biamp Systems acquired assets and intellectual property from ClearOne.  We understand you may have questions about technical support for your ClearOne equipment.

Under the agreement, Biamp does not assume support obligations on ClearOne products or software.

Biamp is only able to provide support for ClearOne products insofar as a device interacts with a Biamp product (e.g., a Dante ClearOne microphone to a Dante-capable Biamp DSP).  Unfortunately, Biamp is unable to provide ClearOne software, archived firmware, documentation, or support for ClearOne hardware.
