Biamp Canvas upload error
This article describes the error message {0} could not be opened {1} which is seen when attempting to load a Biamp Canvas file when the Biamp Canvas software version does not match the Tesira software version.
Error message
An error may be seen when attempting to either send a Biamp Canvas file to a Tesira or while attempting to connect with a local control surface (hosted on the PC). Resetting and resending the Tesira file will have no beneficial effect. It is caused by a version mismatch between the software packages.
Check versions
Check the version of Tesira software which is being used to create the configuration.
Check the program folder to see what version(s) of Biamp Canvas are installed.
Uninstall older versions of Biamp Canvas so the system has only the correct version installed.
