Workplace Apps Overviews
Biamp Workplace makes use of desktop and mobile apps for various aspects of system management and end-user access.
Workplace Booking app
Intended uses
End-users
The Biamp Workplace Booking app allows Workplace Users to book available rooms, desks, and parking spaces in organizations they are members of. Additionally, Workplace Place users can view the availability and information about of rooms, desks, and parking spaces, as well as view floor plans showing the locations of these bookable assets. Lastly, users can set their unique PIN as well as enable an NFC card for Workplace organizations that use digitial identification requirements.
Administrative-users
Organization owners and administrators have access to the same features as end-users. Additionally, their profile page gives them administration tools, including the ability to add and connect Kleeo and Naso desk manager and room manager devices.
Note: Adding Kleeo and Naso devices is done using an NFC-enabled mobile device at the physical locations where the devices are installed.
Availability
The Booking app is available for mobile platforms on the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play for Android devices.

Workplace Command web app
Intended uses
Biamp Workplace Command enables Organization users with administrative or Command rights to remotely view and control AV blocks in configured Tesira devices that are assigned to licensed locations.
Availability
The Command app is a web application accessed on an Organization's admin console under the Apps tab. The tab is found on the navigation ribbon on the left side of the console page.
Workplace Connect desktop app
Intended uses
This administrative desktop app enables admin-level users to discover Biamp Workplace-supported audiovisual devices and then assign and connect them to Workplace organizations.
Notes: The computer running the desktop application must be connected to the subnet the audiovisual devices are connected to.
Availability
The Workplace Connect installer can be downloaded from the biamp.com Downloads page under the Biamp Workplace and Software product categories. The app is available for Windows and Mac computers.
Workplace Designer app
Intended uses
The Biamp Workplace Designer is an online web-based application for designing AV meeting spaces and ensuring optimized product placement and system setup. It provides smart product suggestions, placement guidance, system configuration, and layout options.
Availability
Workplace Designer can be access under the Apps tab of an organization's admin console in the Biamp Workplace admin portal.
Workplace Tools app
Intended uses
The Biamp Workplace Tools mobile app allows administrative users to scan Voltera D/DM devices to obtain valuable device configuration and status details. As a specialized tool designed for direct interaction with Voltera D hardware, please note that it operates independently and is not compatible with other Biamp Workplace applications or systems.
Availability
The Workplace Tools app is available on the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play for Android devices.
