Biamp Workplace makes use of desktop and mobile apps for various aspects of system management.
Workplace Booking mobile app
End-Users
The Biamp Workplace Booking mobile app allows users to book available rooms, desks, and parking spaces in organizations they are members of. Additionally, end-users can view the availability of rooms and desks, view floor plans showing where rooms and desks are located, and also view information about rooms.
Administrators
Organization owners and administrators have access to the same features as end-users. Additionally, their profile page gives them administration tools, including the ability to add and connect Kleeo and Naso desk manager and room manager devices.
Note: Adding Kleeo and Naso devices is done using an NFC-enabled mobile device at the physical locations where the devices are installed.
Availability
The Booking app is available on the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play for Android devices.
Workplace Connect desktop app
Administrators
This administrative desktop app, which runs on Windows and Mac computers, enables admin-level users to discover Biamp Workplace-supported audiovisual devices and then assign and connect them to Workplace organizations.
Notes: The computer running the desktop application must be connected to the subnet the audiovisual devices are connected to.
