Device management and monitoring functions
Universal functions for all audiovisual and space booking device types.

Booking system configuration, monitoring, and management
In addition to the previously listed universal functions for all device types, Biamp Workplace provides the following booking system functions:

Remotely configure room, desk, and parking space time-booking parameters.

Remotely manage Evoko room, desk, and parking space bookings in an organization.

View usage analytics for booking assets

Enable and configure digital ID requirements for users to access and use space booking functions.

This includes PIN code options, as well as enabling RFID requirements for specified booking actions.

Create NFC cards for enabled RFID requirements.

Configure meeting and other booking parameters.

Display and interface controls for Naso booking panels

Kleeo device smart presence recognition, auto booking, and dynamic extension while the desk is in use, as well as a Book Now prompt when someone sits down at the desk.

Option to display a booking user's name at a desk to make it easier for colleagues to locate them.

Licenses
Manage and assign licenses within an organization

Each location in an organization must have an active license assigned to it in order to manage and monitor connected devices.

Licenses purchased for your organization can be assigned to locations using the Biamp Workplace administration portal.
Purchasing licenses for an organization is done outside of Biamp Workplace.

Assigning licenses to organizations as a distributor or reseller
- Distributors, resellers, or purchasers who wish to purchase and assign licenses to customers' organizations must sign up for access on the Biamp Workplace License Manager portal.
